I believe that I saw a reference to a battery balancer concept that you made an improvement on. This would have been related to the design on Tim Krutscha's 914 conversion site.
I'm thinking about doing a similar balancer for an EV (one that is just in the planning stages) and wondered if you have any ideas for driving the FETs with an economical (that is, cheap) circuit.
